Established in 1977 by Tim Gremmer, Gremmer & Associates is a consulting engineering firm that initially provided land surveying, recreational, and site development services. As the firm grew, we expanded into the design and construction inspection of urban and rural roadways, bridges, sanitary sewer and water main, and stormwater management.
In 1995, we added a Fond du Lac Office to expand our services to clients in southeast Wisconsin. A multi-party ownership consisting of several Gremmer & Associates engineers was created in 2001, which ensured continued success from the vested interest of the partners. The owners of Gremmer & Associates are heavily involved in the design and management of every project, which results in a commitment to delivering the highest standard of client satisfaction in every aspect of our working relationships.
Today, Gremmer has grown to over 40 qualified employees, including 10 Professional Engineers and 3 Registered Land Surveyors. We have developed a strong reputation for providing quality engineering services, along with personal and responsive service, to a varied cross section of clients statewide, including the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, counties, municipalities, and private developers. Gremmer strives to exceed client expectations and our multi-office network brings a broad range of capabilities to every project we undertake.
We feel that the primary responsibility of the consultant is to act as a partner with the client on design issues, schedules, and budgets to determine which alternative is in the best interest of the client, yet satisfies the long-term needs of the project.
